The Covenant of Mayor’s Policy Support Facility has worked with cities across Europe to help them implement climate adaptation measures. This Final Report synthesises the key learnings from this two year programme and dives into the experiences of cities along their journey to strengthen their climate resilience and implement adaptation measures.
